In 2023, I founded LuminEssence Consulting Group to address alarming trends in the business world, including a shift towards compliance over innovation, the rising number of unsuccessful change initiatives, and the growing concern over job cuts linked to ineffective transformations. To tackle these challenges, I developed the T.A.A.P. approach, designed to empower leaders to:
